What is a homophone or a homograph that means capture and/or grab?? Tell me need help!

A homophone is a word that sounds alike but has a different meaning. For example, a homophone for grab is crab, or bag because they sound alike. A word that you could use to replace grab is seize. Seize means to take suddenly.
