what is the value of -2×2+4y if x=-2and y=3

x = -2
y = 3

-2(x)(2) + 4y
-2(-2)(2) + 4(3)

-2(-2) = 4
4(2) = 8

4(3) = 12

add 8 and 12 together

8 + 12  = 20

20 should be your answer
